ALL Prices are in EURPrices will vary based on complexity. Minimum price starts at 1000 EUROOn average, models represented in my portfolio are between 1000-2000 EURO+A commission takes about 1/2 months on average.I do all sorts of 3D commissions, not only complete avatars.

Terms Of Service

These terms of service ("TOS") govern the relationship between Nicholas Porcu (“artist”), and any client seeking services from Nicholas Porcu. By hiring Nicholas Porcu for a commission, the client agrees to be bound by these TOS.

Scope of Services
The artist will provide 3D modeling services to the client, as specified in the agreed-upon commission proposal. The commission will be completed within the timeline agreed upon by both parties. In the event that the artist is unable to complete the commission within the agreed-upon timeline, the client will be entitled to a partial refund, as agreed by both parties. Or a full refund in case of cancellation.Payment
Payment will be made through PayPal, with 50% of the agreed price to be paid at the start of the commission and the remaining 50% to be paid at the end of the commission. In the event of cancellation, the artist will retain the initial 50% payment and all rights to the model or work in progress (WIP). If cancellation occurs on the part of the artist, the client will be refunded in full and the model or WIP will be disposed of unless otherwise agreed upon.Intellectual Property
The client will own the rights to the finished model for personal use. If the client would like to use the model for commercial purposes, this must be discussed with the artist and the final price will be increased by an additional 50-100%. The client will have the right to modify or distribute the model for personal or commercial use, with any applicable restrictions discussed with the artist beforehand.Communication
The parties will communicate with each other through online communication, using e-mail, Discord, or Twitter. Any changes or updates to the TOS will be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.Revisions
The artist will check in with the client at every major turning point to confirm that the project is on track and to ensure that the client is satisfied with the progress of the work. If the client requests any changes to the work in progress, the artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those requests. However, the client understands and agrees that any major changes to the scope of the project or to an already completed part may result in additional fees. The client understands and agrees that the artist is not responsible for any errors or omissions that were included in the original commission proposal.Disclaimer
The artist makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or timeliness of the services provided. The client understands and agrees that they are hiring the artist at their own risk and that the final product may not be exactly as expected.Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the parties, they will attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue any legal remedies available to them.Jurisdiction
These TOS and any disputes arising out of or related to these TOS will be governed by the laws of Spain.Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the artist will be entitled to retain the initial 50% payment, unless the termination is due to the artist's breach of the TOS, in which case the client will be entitled to a full refund. In the event of termination, the model or WIP will be disposed of unless otherwise agreed upon.By hiring the artist for a commission, the client agrees to be bound by these TOS. If the client does not agree to these terms, they should not hire the artist for any services.
